Shipping Dates – Festive Season

To all our loyal Appliance Parts Warehouse Shoppers, we would like to inform you of the following shipping dates and terms going into the Festive time of 2021.

 

Last dates for packages to go out will be as follows:

20 December 2021 – 23 December 2021

No parcels to be dispatched on 24,25,26,27,30 December 2021

Parcels will however dispatch on 28 & 29 December 2021

 

Please be informed that within this time, an overnight shipment cant be guaranteed as our couriers have a policy for overnight parcels to take 24 – 72 hours depending on your location.

 

We request kindly that you stick to these dates as we will make no exceptions to them whatsoever.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Parts correctly supplied as per the customer’s selection on our website, will carry a 25% Handling fee. Customers are to return the products at their own cost. We urge all customers to READ the descriptions for compatibility to their appliances, and if you are unsure, email us at info@appliancepartswarehouse.co.za or WhatsApp us at 061 538 5734 before making your purchase.
  2. Electrical & Electronic parts such as PC Boards, Elements, Switches, Lights, Fan motors, Solenoid Valves, Interlock switches, Door Switches, Compressors, Motors, Pumps are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE, fitted or not. Please make sure you purchase the correct part for your appliance.
  3. Refunds that will be granted will be subject to the subtraction of SnapScan or Payfast Payment Gateway Convenience fee that is calculated on a percentage scale. The balance will be paid to the client within 72 Hours from refund request.
  4. Parts that are subjected to wear & tear such as Belts, Brake Pads, Bushes, Pumps, Clutches, Pulleys etc. will only be refunded IF NOT FITTED & SEALED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the parts are fitted, NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS will be allowed.

 

All electrical/electronic parts are tested by the manufacturers before being sent to us to distribute to the public.
